Support local and international key accounts through whole lifecycle of projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., business analysis, risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and system operations.
Ability to write technical design specifications based on functional design specification according to customer requirements.
Testing and debugging of applications based on test cases.
Manage critical customer situations.
Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.
Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering , Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering and IT.
Be able to communicate in English.
Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.

SAP Active Global Support protects customer's investment and enables continuous improvement.In order to serve the needs of our customers even better, SAP Active Global Support and SAP Consulting team up as “One Services” to enable our customers to leverage SAP’s latest technology, deploy state-of-the-art software solutions and at the same time reduce the total cost of implementation and operations significantly. This is achieved by utilizing SAP Best Practice to deploy a baseline configuration and then engage with the customer in Rapid Prototyping to adjust the solution to specific needs, based on the proven concepts of Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center, and Mission Control Center. On top of this we co-engineer with our most strategic customers innovative solutions on our Cloud Platform Powered by SAP HANA. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
